Hi, I'm Lauren
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and couples therapist in Tampa Bay.
I help couples navigate resentment, anxiety, and disconnection — especially during major life transitions like parenthood.
You don’t need years of therapy to reset your dynamic.
You need tools that actually work when you're tired.
Enough surviving, it's time to reconnect.
You don’t need to keep white-knuckling this phase.
You can feel like a team again — starting now.
The course is designed to be short, practical, and easy to complete. Most couples finish it in about 45–60 minutes total, and you can move through it at your own pace. It is broken into 3 modules that are each led with 10-minute videos of me speaking over slides.
This course is designed for couples navigating the transition to parenthood who want to communicate better, reduce resentment, and feel more connected.
It’s especially helpful for couples who feel overwhelmed by the mental load of parenting or who find themselves arguing more since having a baby.

That’s completely okay. The tools in this course are helpful for couples with babies, toddlers, and young children, because the communication challenges often continue beyond the newborn stage.
You can take the course together or separately. Most couples watch the lessons together and then discuss the exercises afterward.
This course is designed to be simple, practical, and easy to engage with, even for partners who might be hesitant about therapy.
Many couples start noticing shifts in their communication and understanding within the first few lessons, especially when they practice the exercises together. The intention alone begins to shift the relationship. Learning that the goal is to understand one another.
You receive lifetime access, so you can return to the lessons whenever you need a reset in your relationship.
This course is designed for couples who feel overwhelmed or disconnected but want to rebuild communication and support. If your relationship is experiencing severe conflict or safety concerns, working directly with a therapist may be more appropriate. The two in conjunction yield the greatest results.
