How long is the course?

The course is designed to be short, practical, and easy to complete. Most couples finish it in about 45–60 minutes total, and you can move through it at your own pace. It is broken into 3 modules that are each led with 10-minute videos of me speaking over slides.

What if our baby isn’t a newborn anymore?

That’s completely okay. The tools in this course are helpful for couples with babies, toddlers, and young children, because the communication challenges often continue beyond the newborn stage.

Do we have to watch the course together?

You can take the course together or separately. Most couples watch the lessons together and then discuss the exercises afterward.

What if my partner isn’t very interested in therapy or relationship work?

This course is designed to be simple, practical, and easy to engage with, even for partners who might be hesitant about therapy.

When will we see results?

Many couples start noticing shifts in their communication and understanding within the first few lessons, especially when they practice the exercises together. The intention alone begins to shift the relationship. Learning that the goal is to understand one another.

How long do we get access?

You receive lifetime access, so you can return to the lessons whenever you need a reset in your relationship.

What if we’re already struggling a lot?

This course is designed for couples who feel overwhelmed or disconnected but want to rebuild communication and support.
